Using this website
These terms apply when you use alzarina.com or place an order with us. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
Products and prices
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary between screens. Product availability can change. The price and delivery charge shown at checkout apply when the order is placed.
Orders and payment
You can review and correct your basket and checkout information before paying. Online payment is processed by PayPal. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting the order. If an item is unavailable or we cannot accept the order, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken.
Delivery and Click & Collect
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Free Click & Collect is available from our customer-facing store at Unit 89, Level 3, The Exchange Mall, High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1AT. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling. Delivery and collection charges and instructions are explained on our Delivery page and shown at checkout.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our online cancellation period is 14 days after you receive your order. The return process, exclusions, postage responsibility and refund timing are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number so we can help.
Intellectual property
Alzarina branding, product photography, text and website content belong to AL ZARINA LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where they live.
