Return Policy

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty upon inspection.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  •  If an order is canceled before dispatch, the full price, including delivery charges, will be refunded.
  • For returns, items must be in their original, sealable condition with packaging and tags intact, returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return Exceptions:

Items that have been worn, used, washed, tumble-dried, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Use the ‘Returns Form’ included in your package. Follow the instructions on the form and include it with your return. If you lose the form, email us at contact@alzarina.com
  2. Repackage the item in a sealable condition.
  3. Take your package to a Post Office or a courier of your choice.
  4. Keep the postage receipt as proof of return. We recommend using a trackable and recorded delivery service.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. The payment will be refunded to the original account within 3-5 working days of receiving the confirmation email.

Important Notes:

  • The returned item is the customer’s responsibility until we receive it. We suggest using a Recorded delivery service.
  • Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is found faulty upon inspection.
  • Discounts/promotions, including free delivery, will be reversed if the remaining order value does not meet the criteria after returns.
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
  • Custom (made-to-size) orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  1. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order on our website.
  2. If the product is defective, we will notify you of the refund or replacement within 14 days of confirming the defect via email.
  3. Defective products will be replaced or refunded, including reasonable return costs.
  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time we receive the returned product. A re-postage fee will apply, charged to the original payment method unless otherwise specified or if we are at fault.
  5. For exchanges outside the UK Mainland, the customer is responsible for all delivery costs, including re-postage. We will confirm receipt of your return by email within 72 hours and process your exchange within 14 days.
